Rafa Benitez set for Chelsea return |
Former Chelsea manager Rafa Benitez set for a quick return to management after quitting his role with Chinese super league side Dalian Professional and a return to Stamford Bridge as an interim manager look likely as the club board sacked Frank Lampard.
The London side a struggling with inconsistency considering the amount of money spent last summer, and now the Blues board will have to make a huge decision after sacking Frank Lampard.
Benitez was appointed as Chelsea manager in 2012 and he won the Europa league with the London giant which make him favorite should the club decide not to appoint Tuchel.
The Spanish boss is also linked with Celtic who are facing a very difficult spell under Neil Lenon and a return to Newcastle should Steve Bruce leave the post in coming days.
RB Liepzig manager Negelsman and former PSG boss Thomas Tuchel is in line to take over the job on permanent basis at the end of the season.
